It's good to see Mundine taking on a live opponent again. Trout is a skilled boxer and has a great chance of winning.

the current version of mundine wont be beating any top fighters.

There was some debate about the scales used for the Jerez fight, for some reason Mundine and Jerez were weighed earlier than the fighters on the undercard and on a different set of scales.

No fight between Trout and Mundine is on the schedule. Mundine is still rated as a middleweight at 14.

Mundine is a Muslim. August 24 is in the last week of Ramadan this year. This would make training awkward.
