good move. put your loss behind you & move on & up.& hopefully you have learnt from it. making weight & performing at it both have to be there.
fight fans are sick of the unbeaten tag & it aint important these days imo.

Foots not a middle mate,he's a welter at most.

Its got to be Paul Samuels Liam, he is a true middleweight, can bang a bit, is a name, and is a bit vulnerable. ideal for you at this time of your career.....however

coming off a loss i doubt they will match you with him, you should insist in fighting someone above you in the ratings, or you will end up with Omar Gumati or Harry matthews. Come on Liam, insist on Samuels!!!!

Just got back from Spain training fullsteam ahead am around 12 half stone I'll put Paul Samuels to my manager promoter, I ain't just sayin it al fight any1 they say
