Good list, but you fail on the omission of HAYES TOE.

Jacksons power would only be average at heavy he was only 11.6

Vitali K has 3 12 round decisons in his favour
Tyson has 3 12 round decisions and two 10 round decision

How did Vitali Klitschko get a reputation for being so powerful? He certainly hasn't displayed good power since his return in 2008.

He's always been a cumulative volume puncher. At his best his power was good but not great.
