Couch to 5k Podcast

I've been using this podcast and i find it brillient great music to run too at a right tempo and the woman narating gives just enough encouragement and doesnt sound patronizing.

its run and walk method building up your stamina and i really recomend it if anyone was as lazy as me and wanted to get fitter. id skip the first 4 weeks podcasts if you already run
