Lee Haskins will be live on British Eurosport 2 on Thursday night at 7pm. Make sure you tune in to support the Bristol Boxing Gym fighter as he takes on Moroccan Mohamed Bouleghcha in a 12-rounder for the WBA inter-continental and IBF International bantamweight titles.

Lee Haskins has a hard travel job on Thursday taking on Mohamed Bouleghcha, its live on Eurosport 2 at 7pm.

Mohamed Bouleghcha has a record of 16-5 , he looks a decent boxer from the clips i've seen, and can definatly hold his on in good class.

My concern is that the fight is at bantam weight and Haskins has struggled in that weight division before, his 2 losses were at Bantam.

Both being Stopped at Bantam as well. Napa only stoppage out of 19 wins... Lee Punched him self out that night Looked Amazing for the 1st few rounds and gave Napa a hiding.......

Haskins has got a Hard fight Coming up against Mohamed Bouleghcha, he is Tough losing 5 but aint been stopped, had a close fight against Simone Maludrottu in Italy also losing on a SD against Domenico Urbano for the EBU-EU Title and that was at Featherweight Domenico Urbano is 24-3 and is a Lightweight now. His last lose was against Stephane Jamoye who had a Checker with Jamie McDonnell (McDonnell winning on a SD) he fought Stephane Jamoye in Belgium losing 115-113 115-12 115-11 Bouleghcha was also deducted a point in the last round. Bouleghcha won the Bantamweight Frence Title Beating Malik Bouziane we see what he done to Napa for the European Title....

Its a hard ask over 12 rounds, away from home as well.
Haskins may find the referee not on his side as well, as i'm guessing that Mohamed Bouleghcha is Morrocon/French so will have home support.
It shows that Haskins has confidence in his own ability by taking this fight, as he could of sat at home and wait for the purse bids on the Ashley Sexton fight, Lee is 1 win away from owning a Lonsdale belt.

Regarding Martin's comments we had a feeling Sexton would bottle it so we did not want Lee hanging around again after being messed around for 12 months for EBU title. Lee was scheduled to defend his Commonwealth title on the Rees v Matthews Cardiff bill on 23rd July that got cancelled so when the Morocco chance came Lee had already done the hard work in the gym. Yes the money is not great but with a win it could open the doors to bigger paydays with Mohamed Bouleghcha rated No.11 in WBA.

and yes we would happily defend the British Super Flyweight title against Martin Power whom I repect very much as a fighter.

Yes we have been told the same regarding SKY's stance.

Let's see how Lee gets on in Morocco, a good win may put him back in favour. Haskins v Power is a good domestic match up that I would like to think British fight fans would tune in for.
