I can't see Gavin stopping him. He doesn't have the power to do it and Woodhouse is tough and has a good chin.

I think Gavin will stop him, for me Woodhouse is going to leave himself open coming in, and Gavin will love that.

No, he'll probably just flap about with his pawing, powder puff shots for 12 rounds while the entire contingent of <100 post Boxrec members masturbate vigourously.

ALL HAIL THE NEXT ALEX ARTHUR!

If he doesn't stop him I'm certain he would have had messed his face up all the same.

He'll be walking onto shots from Gavin all fight.

if anything, it will be a TKO but not a KO. I dont think Frankie has the power to hurt fighters but has the hand speed to make the ref stop it

the question is, can curtis fight in survival mode and last the distance. he might give it a go for the first few rounds but he will realise that he cant land on frankie and he is getting caught trying. i reckon he could actually get stopped if he keeps coming forward but most fighters go into survival mode and last the distance. plus frankie hits like homer simpson

Agree with this, think Curtis is far too raw for Frankie, almost tailor-made.

IMO woodhouse will be lucky to last 6 rounds. The gulf in class will be huge

Yes, I will be amazed if it goes the full 12. Gavin will be landing punches all over and will break Woodhouse down. No matter how fit Woodhouse is, i just think the volume and placement of punches will be too much and will be suprised to hear the bell for the 8th

no way,the only way he will get stopped if we have a fw ref in there. i wanna see how gavin handles someone who is willing to stand and bang with him cause everyone else he has fought seem to wanna run all night. curtis will be his toughest test to date imo and i think we will be in for a cracker

Frankie hasn't much power but he can defiantly overwhelm Curtis IMO. I think Curtis will be worn down in the latter half with Gavin taking advantage and stopping him.

A one sided destruction for Gavin. Woodhouse is not in the same league, I think it will be a painfull night for him! :box:
Gavin is a class boxer :box:

Given how Frankie and his coach have been talking and the disrespect shown at the earlier press conference, I certainly expect him to stop Curtis. Anything less than a one sided beat down (to borrow a phrase) would be a little embarrassing.

MachoMan09 wrote:Curtis is really going to struggle on Saturday. He will be throwing a lot of leather at the air and will tire quicker than he'll expect as a result. Frankie's accurate, yet not devastating, work will probably lead to a stoppage in the third quarter of the fight.
Yes they showed great disrespect to a fellow fighter Gavin has talked the talk now can he walk the walk, Woodhouse is smaller, less experienced and less skilled, walk in the park or hard day at the office ?

With it being a grudge match, I hope Curtis' corner are willing to throw the towel in if it gets dangerous in there.

I think if Curtis can deal with frankies balance and double attacks he stops Gavin having it all his own way, but it is hard to do!

4/5 for Gavin to stop Woodhouse. I've been on it for a while now. Two different leagues and Curtis's style is ideal for Gavin's counter-punching ability. Can't see it lasting the 12. Ref or corner stoppage imo.
