todays workout

Four rounds on the heavy bag, two on the maize bag, one on the light bag. Waist twists and stretches, and now i got that nice, warm tired feeling coming over me.
Weights tomorrow!

Did a crossfit workout called Fran this morning:

21 thrusters (40kg)
21 pull-ups
15 thrusters
15 pull-ups
9 thrusters
9 pull-ups

It's done as fast as possible against the clock and the top guys do it in under three minutes. I was closer to 12 :(

12 mins is still pretty good mate, i would really struggle with this. :lol:

12 mins is still pretty good mate, i would really struggle with this. :lol:
Thanks fella - i'm on my way back after a shoulder injury so pull-ups are nowhere near what they used to be and by the last 9 I was having to split it into 3-2-2-1-1, but it'll come back, just have to be patient. :TU:

That guy is insane. Awesome workout. I'm going to try a largely scaled down version soon.
