Both in very tough fights, hats off to Berridge who came in on 2 days notice and fought Kerry Foley who also stepped in on a few days notice to fill a spot. Foley looked the better early on but Berridge finished stronger dropping Foley as well. Majority Draw, probably a fair result although some think Berridge edged it good hard fight be interesting to see a rematch and both guys have a chance to properly prepare.
Shane and Vea was another good tough fight Shane boxed the better of the 2 throughout the first half i thought then Vea stepped up and had a couple of really strong rounds rattling shane and landing some good combinations. Neither guy was badly hurt until the 12th round where shane landed a huge right hand timed perfectly which had Vea out on his feet the follow up shots put Vea down and out. HJad it gone to the judges i feel shane would have won on points.

Thats a fair breakdown, Berrige won round 2, 5,6 that deliberate elbow cost him the win.
Cameron looked like he finally had something to offer the Cruiser division winning at least 4-5 of the first 6 rounds, Vea picked up i thought at least 4-5 out of the last 6, Cameron was hurt pretty badly at least 2 times in the late rounds and withstood at times 10 unanswered punch's but lasted, which is a testiment to many peoples opinion that he's chinny.
Really impressive display tonight from the Kiwi boys and it's good to see some talent coming from Kiwi.

I thought Berrige won rd 1,2,5 & 6 with on being 10-8.
Rounds 5 and 6 he was totally dominant and would have won by KO if the fight went on. Even Foley, to his credit, admitted it was a "shit decision".

Great KO from Cameron however he made hard work of the fight...Berridge, well... it further vindicates his space on good cards are deserved and he has a great chin. Foley was completely undone.... Cameron's KO was highlight reel stuff and froze Dominic for the moment and very sensible corner work.... enjoyable fight.
