I actualy dont see the point in this fight.
Furys already beaten him so its just a case of can Price put him away earlier.
After last night im hoping there is a change of plan and he goes straight for Tyson.
Also November is months away hes not active enough.

McDermott has just flattened Big Larry and is ranked one below Price in the British ratings. John will be a very good test for Price.

I hope Price goes straight for Fury, he will easily beat Mcdermott without being tested

Price needs Fury more than Fury needs Price. Tyson's got bigger fish to fry than Price. He's being talked about for a word title fight, why on earth would he want to fight Price next? It's potentially a massive fight, but if it happens in 3 months time, then it's not going to be the big event it could be down the road. Fury on terrestrial TV and recent appearances have made him one of the best known boxers in Britian. Price needs more exposure and more fights, before the fight becomes a mouthwatering financial proposition. Hennesy will surely want a bigger name than Price. He will likely be looking at someone that non-boxing fans know, like Harrison or Holyfield.

Price may not have a name, but he's a far better fighter than Fury.

He will destroy McDermott with ease and then if he fights Fury, he will end all speculation about Fury's world title aspirations.

Fury is way too raw right now, too many weaknesses.

Personally I'd keep Fury well away from Price, let him have either a shot at Wlad, or two or three improvement fights, because based on current form, Price would wreck fury.

I agree with that bit, but I still think Fury would win a very close fight. Let's see what happens if Big John landsa couple of clean shots on Price. I'm no Price hater BTW, I think he's a fantastic talent. But I think this fight should be made down the line.

Bit premature that mate. He's only just won the British title.

I dont think Fury should be getting too far ahead of himself. He may be talking about world title shots, but thats not realistic. He's 22 yrs old and he reasonably ought to be defending his British title a few times before he moves on. Fury is by no means the finished article.

If Price smashes McDermott than in my eyes Price is not that far behind Fury at all, and is well entitled to a shot at Fury. Lets not forget that prior to beating Chisora, Fury's only real achievement in pro boxing was stopping John McDermott.
