As mentioned a few weeks ago on the forum, former IBO light-middleweight king Richard Williams returns to the ring for the first time since last June when he fights at York Hall on January 31. The likelihood is that Williams will co-challenge for the vacant Commonwealth 154lb title, although no official announcement has been made.
Also on the show is WBF light-middleweight champion Mihai Kotai, who makes the first defence of his crown, and I'm hearing rumours of a cracking-looking match on the bill between Ted Bami and Jozsef Matolsci, the Hungarian who floored and gave James Hare a good scrap recently.
