Jack Dempsey flexes

This footage is about 90 years old.
But you can still tell that even Jack Dempsey's muscles have muscles.
IMOP He almost resembles a skinned Mountain Lion!

I laugh when peopel say he was "too small" for heavyweights today. The guy was a freak of nature, and hit much harder than the likes of David "this little piggie went to the market" Haye . .

That midget shown in the footage couldn't possibly have dealt with a Solis for instance. The guy outslicked VK for 1/2 a round and is so much heavier than that Dempsey. :P
I think young Tyson might have been the last specimen perfectly shaped to maximize what a boxer needs in order to be efficient. Same with Dempsey. Using their legs, hips and back to fully transfer their solid muscular weight into a punch is what made them so good in the offense department, among other things.
Biceps size don't mean shit if you throw a punch like a Briggs or McCline. They only slow you down, suck your energy faster as they require more oxygen for nothing.

Thats is definatley an"old School" boxing musculature.
(and just think if they had HD back in 1919)
