Blake pics his opponents well.He done the same thing to bolling, took a super middle and fought him at light heavy, where their power isn't as effective.Still I did see blake get hurt to the body here and there, when he stayed on the ropes it was joe's fight, but when he moves around he's pretty much untouchable, fantastic counters and odd angles being a southpaw.Look its another win to a quality opponent, wouldn't mind seeing him fight a real light heavy!cheers!!

G'day slab,I will say again,I did see caparello getting hurt buy joe,I know how hard he hits i've sparred him myself. It seems kariz kariaki would be the next logical move for caparello, which would be a craker.Blakes now the OPBF champion wasn't it,witch should bring him a better world ranking and a WBC ranking.I'd take the kariz fight then go overseas to really make a point that this kids for real, maybe I'm pushing it a bit too soon, but I think blake is just that good already!cheers!! :TU:

Slab wrote:Yes you are right I agree but I think we both know and yourself being a fighter that we would love to be in this same position 10 fights down the track , in saying that we would love to fight Kariz even if it wasn't for his tittle at this stage the experience is worth more at this moment, but thanks mate we will see you in Melbourne in October , goodluck
I was impressed with his ability to fight on the outside when i first saw him. But i was not sure how he would go in the trenches and he answered that question on Friday night i think he has a big future good luck to him i wish him well.
Also good to see an aussie fighter fighting on the back move great to watch.

He boxes extremely well for his limited experience 10 pro fights its great that he is stepping up and taking on guys with good records , and who are pritty good boxers.. He seems very awkward and tall uses his reach well in most of his fights. Blake can only be good for aussie boxing good luck to him..

I wrote an article recently stating he's innate ability as a fighter, he certainly is going to be at least world class.....just want to see him change gears when his opponents are hurt.

Maybe a fight with Robert Berrige or Kerry Foley, Roberts Bold statement that he didn't get the win because he was in Australia, can be countered with international judges.

Saw the fight on Friday night on Fox Sports, Blake looked in really good condition. He looked like he could of gone another 10 rounds.
Who is next on Blake's list fight next? Can't wait to see the next fight.

Yeah man i wouldn't mind seeing Blake fight Kerry Foley it would be a pritty good match up between a puncher against a good slick southpaw. Wouldn't think Foley team would take on a fighter like Blake though he is really looked after with hand picked opponents were as blake looks like he will fight any one.. By the way mate i hope your boy Trent wins the Aussie title gudluck :TU:

Is Kwadjo still fighting Yuzo Kiyota in Tokyo October 12 for the OPBF Super Middle title?
