At a Press Conference this evening, conducted by the great Don Krease himself one thing is apparent: Don Krease Promotions is showing a United front.
Upon questioning, Don Krease looked concerned but adamt:

Question: Will you be announcing any developments this evening?
"We have no plans releasing either of our fighters, and both accomplished men are contracted to stay with our company until the end of the current season"
Question: And what have you got to say about the repeated outspoken opinions that other Managers have vocied?
"Very little indeed. But we will never negotiate with that old scoundrel who calls himself "BoxBuzz". I've said it before, the man is a gangster, plain and simple.
And the questioner asked the fighter who is styled "The Bad Man" if he wanted to leave:

Louis himself said:
"I am the number one contender for all the major titles, how could I be in a better position?
It is as the Don says, I have been ducked repeatedly... Fox, Holyfield, Dempsey and Marciano, none of them had the cojones to give me the fight.
But it doesn't matter, if I dispose of Mesi, I will finally get my title shot.
It is not Don Krease's fault that the other fighters are afraid to fight me. They know I am the best and they are afraid.
I am happy where I am, and I aint going' nowhere."
