I know and making throat slitting gestures when someone is out cold aint cool either I think.

Watched the program this morning, Williams did jump on the ring corner after the KO, but he did check on Cervantes after that. He then celebrated a bit more , and checked on Cervantes again.
Bernard Hopkins did comment that Williams was making sure Cervantes was ok.

I'm not convinced he was making throat slitting gestures, looked more like chest punches to me.
