Bit of a crossroads battle this one, its set for Mayweather v Ortiz bill.

Craig coming back from his loss to Andy Lee is taking on veteran Ouma , the Ugandan put up a decent effort in his last fight against Gennady Golovkin for the WBA title. He had his moments before being ground down in a 10th round defeat.

Great to see Craig on such a worldwide bill, and he has been training at Billy Nelsons gym.
At this point i'd see Craig outworking Ouma, and maybe getting a stoppage in the later rounds.

Oumas manager came on here about a year ago screaming and shouting , this was one of te fights he asked for .
Hes got his wish at least but can he handle mcewan at this stage of his career , i actually think it will be a close fight but see mcewan shading it .

I'd be shocked if McEwan stopped Ouma who gave Golovkin plenty of early problems before he started to tire from the barage of big punches from the Russian. I see a 97-93 type victory for McEwan, he needs to be careful though as Ouma still packs a decent punch. Very good yardstick fight for the Scotsman.

Depends on how much ambition Ouma has left, i think he's coming to the end of it.

Ouma took a huge amount of punishment against Golovkin and was hospitalized after the fight because the ringside doctor thought he might have had a brain bleed. It's hard to see that being inconsequential with regard to his future performances.

Kassim Ouma has been sparring Mayweather, and the P4P champ has said they have had some good sessions together.
