I put it in that line because had I just said "nice to see all the eliminators involving British fighters shown on TV" there would have been posts the other way.

As far as I know, Olusegun has very little ties to the UK beyond his career. I don't know when he moved here but he boxed for Nigeria in the Olympics and only got his British title fight on the grounds of residency. That British title fight is really the only thing that makes him any more British than Albert Sosnowski - yet I could never post about him being British could I.

Its a bit like classing the English Rugby Union Centre, Flutey, as English - based on him playing in England for 3 years.

I think this fight will go ahead this time as it's in the US, and not Algeria, great for Ajose.
