Minimum Age

What is the minimum legal age that you can professionally box in Australia because I always thought it was 18 in Australia but then I came across this kid?

I don't know what the minimum age is now, Rose and Famechon both started fighting professionally at 16. I think it depends on the minimum age of when you can go to work. I saw the record of Tony Pappa who started fighting at 16 in the 1990s.

Pappa was born in 1970

Minimum age in Oz is 18. Either DOB is incorrect, or he managed to get through the net, which is quite possible given he's a 74kgs boy.

Pappa was born in 1970
