This Season Rocky Marciano and Peter Jackson were the first belt holders that agreed at great personal risk to face one another. Rocky Marciano emerged triumphant in a rubber match series that will likely have no equal in Sim History. The lineage has now been established. From this moment on, the SimRing Lonsdale belt will be bestowed to anyone who can defeat Rocky Marciano in the ring, and then to he who can beat that man. This lineage is born of honor, courage and achievement and will forever be given to only those who persevere against the wearer of the SimRing/Lineal/Lonsdale belt.

No champion may be stripped of this honor unless he retires or is defeated by his opponent. No champion will ever be "given" this honor unless he earns it. We wish and hope that every champion that ever holds this belt will choose his challenger with sensibility but will be bound by no other code than his own set of values. For we know and trust that no one has a greater capacity for decision making than a standing champion. Regardless of how hard he was hit in his last defense of the Lonsdale title.

There are no rules other than the thoughtful decision of the standing champion as to who may vye for this honor. The standing champion makes his choice as to who is worthy by simply stepping into the ring with his chosen opponent. For this belt and honor denotes only actions that manifest into sim reality. We wish everyone good luck, good will, and good judgment.



Draws are unmanly and require special attention.

If a challenger should obtain a draw with a standing Lonsdale BeltHolder said challenger shall be issued a Lonsdale belt of their own. These belts may be immediately reunified if both fighters are agreeable to a return match. However the challengers belt in this case is a eunuchs belt and can not be acquired by any other combatant as it has no lineage of it's own. A eunuchs belt may be reunified by a rematch with a holder of the primary belt at any point in time when and if such an event occurs. Otherwise the challenger will remain the owner of a eunuch belt until such time as the standing Lonsdale belt holder and the Eunuch belt-holder agree to compete. Draws are not encouraged. SimRing and Lonsdale officials feel that a sanctioned fight should be won or lost, not dithered.

So it is written. So it shall be done.

Until and unless the Lonsdale is unified with this WBA line, the percieved ''undisputed'' nature of the of belt and its proprietor, will remain highly disputed.

Schmeling and Ali continue to take on allcomers and the recognising public have warmed towards the fighters. Will it need Olympic style drug tests for Marciano to fight the winner?

And Schmeling also has the WBU lineage as well, (remember you beat Joe Jeanette last week and he was never defeated for his WBU Title).

So, if you like, you could say that MaxSchmeling is the WBA Shadow Champion & the WBU Shadow Champion.

Yep, and it was the same last season... When Buzz decided that one of his fighters should fight for it.

Read the rules......they don't change. So no one made a decision. Two belt holders simply faced each other. That triggers the lineage each season. It ain't rocket science. And no one can predict who will begin the process.

Regardless, you should want to be undiputed. All that is left is for the Lonsdale (WBC, IBF & WBO) to be unified with TMDT (WBA & WBU)

Rocky held a belt that week, as did Peter Jackson. They were stripped when they "Misbehaved and faced each other in the ring". A ruling that Lonsdale officials do not concur with and do not consider to be "misbehavior".

Objection over ruled, based on common sense that most participants can understand.

NO ONE other than THE ROCK has successfully defended this title to date. P.S. The Lonsdale has been held by at least one example of all the other "belt holders" with the addtion of Will's now holding the WBA title. THE ROCK held the IBF, WBC, and destroyed a certain WBO champion along the way.

We like the cut of Wills jib, and imagine that he and his first clase management team will likely hold the reigns for more than one week.

Time will tell.
