Just wondered if it would be possible to get a group of us to fight online to possibly create a little tournament ?

I'm online and fight quite a bit with my good mate Jon Saxon...........

I'm down as "Quixall" and Jon is "Jon Saxon" Suprise suprise !!

We could maybe do a league system where we each fight each other once or twice and see who is the best

We would have to choose which catagory's we use, ie, heavyweight, middleweight etc etc.

Just thought it would be a bit of fun and we could record the victories or losses on here or through PM's

Put your name down if you fancy it ?

The schedule could be arranged between each of the participants........even if its only one fight per week for each of us

that right you online mofos or soon to be online mofos If you want to step up then step forward as the current Boxrec gym seems to be as empty as Mick's from Rocky.

One thing I really want to say is this, If any of you have thought about playing but think you are too old or haven't played a game since Centipede or Galaxion go buy this game.

The reason i say this is because i hadn't played a home video game since Sega Rally Championship 1 (I kid you not) and this game is unreal, your heart goes at 100 mile an hour.
The best bit? all you have to do is move two sticks, one for moving around the other for punching, there are no tricky button combinations that fry your head, for a simpleton like me it's blissful heaven, all you do is switch the fuking thing on and move you leavers as much as you can, 1970's Mattel's Classic Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Robots Game was harder to play than this game.
Plus I get to punch the fornicate right out of any you cheeky fucks with no harm done

Go on relive your youth, tell the wife to shut it and she can't get this months food money as you are going out and treating yourself to a new life, a life where with a ps3 and one wee £10 mic you can talk to boxing fans just like yourself about all things boxing without actually having to type!!

I think the welters or lightweights will be the best !!

we have to convince the non players what they are missing!!!

This game will bring you all back to life!

I will need go get some practice in, aint been on much recently.
The lights and middles are much better, faster etc.

I am up for it, my tag is Ketchel. As far as I am aware The Dark Destroyer and I are the only ones from the Boxrec Gym to have had a proper Gym Fight.

I think we will need some basic rules.........

1. How we score the fights

2. Which fighters we use (Do they have to be ceratin fighters or can we choose our own for each fight)

3. When should the fights happen (Do we set a date, or get the two opponents to arange the fight within a certain time frame)

4. How we let each other know the results (PM's or through a thread)

5. Where we produce the league table (Through a thread)

6. Maybe create our gym online if we can ?? Call it the super 10 or something, if we get ten fighters lol

I have played this game only at pro level and on the right hand side !!!!

Thn ive been playing online and having to fight from the left hand side.......................

Iv'e just gone to the top level (GOAT) with Chico Corrales and beat

1. Hatton (4th round ko) - welterweight

2. Gamboa (3rd round tko) - featherweight

3. Kelley (2nd round tko) - featherweight

4. Wright (5th round tko) - middleweight

Chico being a lightweight !!!!

I must be improving lol

The Hatton fight was great, i caught him with a beautiful uppercut and it was the pac man fight all over again....he didnt get up
