Commish, I know usually if a fighter comes off a loss he can't fight for a World Title, but I would ask you to waive for this period as
due to the Million Dollar Tournament, Champions options for defences are marginalised.
In the case of The Bad Man, nearly half of the WBO ranked challengers are tied to the tournament: (Ali, Charles, Jeffries, Jeanette)
As such Joe Louis offers a fight to Jack Dempsey, The Number One contender.
He deserves his rematch.

NOT ACCEPTABLE.....The Rock and Lennox will be tossing their titles to do the right thing.
If Lennox is going to hide, then the offer for the IBF goes to Jeanette and Lil PJ....in that order.
Louis should find a suitable opponent or be stripped. Otherwise Corbett will volunteer.
