Sounds a good topic for a threadJeff Thomas wrote:Booth is an all time great domestic fighter- if thats possible
Agreed , against a name fighter that he should beat still .kamicazze wrote:Regardless of what happens I believe Jason should have his swansong in Nottingham.
In spite of what we exclusively know Damian lol, I think Booth does deserve a send off at Harvey Hadden. Should be a competitive fight with maybe a fringe title on the line. Masters, WBF, or anything similar so he goes out with a win. Napa is a good shout. I also think Ricky Owen, and Willie Casey would be decent ones. Although if he defeats Quigg we may get the one we have been wanting in a Munroe title fight. That would be the perfect send off for Booth early next year. If as Hatton's suggest that Munroe will get a world title shot before the year is out then letting Booth have a shot would be deserved.damianhucker1 wrote:Agreed , against a name fighter that he should beat still .kamicazze wrote:Regardless of what happens I believe Jason should have his swansong in Nottingham.
at Harvey Hadden as thats in the area hes from too .
Maybe someone like Ian Napa as hes a name people will know but despite the fact hes beaten booth once (booth has beaten him too) i think at this stage of their careers Booth would end his career with a win .
As much as i want him to beat Quigg i think its a very very tough fight .
a fight with Monroe would earn some descent money as there would be a big interest but personaly think a farewell fight should be a winnable one , while i think a win vs monroe isnt impossible id suggest an easier fight than that , as id say it would be 60/40 in monroes favour i think.kamicazze wrote:In spite of what we exclusively know Damian lol, I think Booth does deserve a send off at Harvey Hadden. Munroe would be a lot shorter odds than 60/40 !damianhucker1 wrote:a fight with Monroe would earn some descent money as there would be a big interest but personaly think a farewell fight should be a winnable one , while i think a win vs monroe isnt impossible id suggest an easier fight than that , as id say it would be 60/40 in monroes favour i think.kamicazze wrote:In spite of what we exclusively know Damian lol, I think Booth does deserve a send off at Harvey Hadden.
