gaz mac may have over trained for this one! i had him out at 6oclock doing a 4k run!clearly his legs have gone and father time is catching up!

ps - im sure i was up 2 rounds to 1 on Atlas card after the 3rd then i started hitting the deck

i was weight drained after that Run going into the online world of boxing
