Martin Welsh - nice lad

We were doing the book launch for the new Dave Charnley biography 'The Dartford Destroyer ' last Saturday in Dartford and we had the pleasure of meeting Martin Welsh and his brother . Martin is a pro light middleweight from Swanley and said that Dave Charnley was his hero . Dave really enjoyed speaking to the lad ,and it was obvious Martin was taking in everything that was said . Martin is managed by Frank Maloney and I hope he gets back into action soon . Look after him Frank - he deserves it . Get him sparring with Colin Lynes !!!
