Does anyone know if primetime are showing any of the other weekend fights? Saul Alvarez? Morales?

I saw the fights mentioned on their web site but couldn't see if they are showing them.

Anyone know?

PPV starts at 2 so daresay. Heard that there would be a freeview broadcast on Primetime before the PPV begins, Crolla's fight is going to be shown in that apparently, maybe other undercard fights too

They are showing Crolla for Free and Live as part of the build up.

I think they are showing the full HBO PPV card.... so Morales, Alvarez etc - thats what they advertised via a text message anyway.

they said they'd be showing the main 4 fights on the ppv and crolla free to air

there showing crolla and the 24/7 shows for free. but what an absolute feast saturday is for fight fans fury then smith v selby, crolla and the 24/7 shows then of course mayweather v ortiz there is also some u.f.c on espn to just in case you've not had enough.

The last chat I had with primetime was along the lines of:-

Channel 5 USA were showing 24/7 series, but condensed into an hour "best of"

Channel 5 were showing the Tyson Fury fight (plugging Mayweather on sister channel)

Then it would be over to Primetime, who would chat Tyson Fury, then show the Crolla fight before encrypting at 2am.

From there onwards it would be jessie vargas, Alvarez, Erik Morales etc and then the big fight.

The studio team is Bunce & Kerr, with Duke McKenzie and Amir Khan. With the commentary by HBO - but not Kellerman or whatever, it would be their international guy Dave Bontempo.

How long is the uncondenced version of 24/7 - I thought it was 4 x 30 minute shows? = 1 hour... same as that shown on Five USA?

I far prefer watching it ive on HBO and also haveing the choice to watch all the other fights at the same time in sperate windows on my TV.

No chance. An old-fashioned SD feed, a ropey undercard and me to fall asleep before the big fight doesn't sound like the best way to spend £15. I know it's not right, but I'll pick up a nice HD version of the HBO telecast on sunday morning and enjoy Jim Lampley with my cornflakes.

if you know where to get the good links to stream the fights on sunday morning, let me know - don't fancy paying £15 for non-HD fights when i can get a better picture the next morning. never know what sites to go to though

Get along to tesco - about £1.39 a box, a dash of cold milk and you're sorted. Not free, but not too pricey. Other cereals are available.

Thank God for PrimeTime winning the rights to a fight Sky are guaranteed to have shown on normal Sky Sports, in shiny HD, with full previews and a slick presentation. And Thank God they are charging us not-at-all gullible boxing fans £15 for the privilege of letting them do so.
