VIP Boxing Promotions Start Season With A Bang

VIP START NEW SEASON WITH A BANG
KENNY ANDERSON – Was the 1st VIP fighter out in the new season and he won with a devastating KO in his home town of Edinburgh . This performance has helped secure a new promotional deal which will be announced this week , this is the least Kenny could have expected after his short notice performance against George Groves and then being ruthlessly dumped by Hatton Promotions.
NICK QUIGLEY – Lost in the final of the L-MW Prizefighter but his stock has risen due to the gutsy performances which saw him victorious in 2 hard fights and the loose narrowly in the final to Robert Lloyd Taylor even though he was physically knackered , the extra rest made a difference in this one.
JEFF THOMAS – Drew in his first fight despite scoring a first round knock down which looked enough to secure a qualification into the semi-final, the left hook was a quality shot and I think helped Jeff decide he is to carry on.
STEVE HARKIN – Lost in first round by split decision to his friend Nick Quigley , it was a great shame that the 2 scousers got drew together.
MIKE ROBINSON – Has entered the next Super-Fly Prizefighter in Liverpool on the 12th October and looks forward to a third match with Ashley Sexton
RYAN FARAG – Also in the next Prizefighter and hopes his amateur pedigree will help in his quest to win the trophy and 32k.
NEW SIGNINGS – The summer has seen 7 amateurs sign for VIP who will all being making there debuts shortly

30th September at the Olympia in Liverpool – Courtney Fry tops on his comeback trail
7th October at the City Hall in Hull – Tommy Coyle tops and tickets are available from Stephen Smiths website
8th October at the sports centre in Oldham – 2 titles with Jon Kays and Martin Grainger topping the bill.
