I know Buckland's only just won hours ago but I just thought it this fight make sense, both are under the same promoter and it would be a great fight. It could even be an unofficial eliminator to face Fegatilli for the Euro title. Thoughts?

Don't know about Foster junior but Ricky Hatton made me laugh in his interview with Buckland - he said the fight had taught him a lot "why i went into promoting in the first place - and why I decided to retire !" Quality ! He didn't mention any future opponents but did say he expected Buckland to go onto "bigger & better things"

Plenty of time to decide who to fight next.

buckland v foster?

great fight, in agreat domestic division, but i wonder if it happens.

i mean, is a british title shot good enough for foster, who doesn't fight often and seems that - at this stage - he only wants more rewarding fights?

on the other hand, can foster jr hope for anything better, after the poor (if brave and exciting) performance vs the hungarian? in fact, why is a rematch not being lined up between the two, as it was a good fight and foster wasn't apprently 100%?
