My aunt was walking her dog and it chased a cat into a garden where a lady was sitting relaxing on a deck chair talking to the actor who plays Ken Barlow in Coronation streets brother and he put 20 quid on a Bellew first round k.o.

I think Bellew has a great chance , he seems hungrier to me, and in front of his own crowd
, surely that will gee him up.

The bookies would tell you if one of the journos here rang them and asked was there a 10k bet placed. I strongly suspect that there wasn't.
All the bookies have great PR departments and would get back to you straight away because that sort of bet would guarantee publicity.
Verdict: This is dung.

What bookies was is? I spoke to George Groves last week and he said he thinks that ''Nathan will run out an easy winner if he keeps his cool''.

I don't think it's the worst choice in the world personally.
Groves likes to load up right hands and hints at working the body in the same way that Tony often does....

if hes being interviewed and its on the record hes obviously going to say that as hes been sparing cleverly, but behind closed doors he may say something completely different. 8)
less than 2 weeks to go now and the new...........................
i can see allot of people winning a huge amount of money on this fight

I got a tip off from someone before the mitchell murray fight that mitchells sparring partners were tearing him a new arsehole, thank god i didnt get too carried away about they comments.
Suppose its all fun, as long as you dont bet anymore than you can afford 2 lose!!

By that logic then the same can be said for Carl Froch's comments about Bellew.

This got me thinking.
Didn't chunky have a winner takes all bet with Groves before their fight ?
Did Chunky pay up ?
Is this why Groves is "flush" enough to put a serious bet on this fight ?
