Whats the thoughts on this fight it's being billed as old v new it should be a good test for scot has booth still got the legs? Quig has been improving and has been looking better and better in every fight but this is the first big name and a widely experienced name he has come up against what's your thoughts

Thoughts are Quigg has two G's in it rather than one. This is difficult, i think in the end Quigg should be too young and fit for Booth. I see him upping the pace in the last 6 rounds to take a UD, however something tells me this could be Booth's last hurrah where he rolls back the years and schools the younger guy. Very intriguing fight indeed,

Hard to tell how much Booth has left after the Martinez fight. I feel Quigg could be too young and fresh for him but you never know the old maestro could surprise him.

Quigg all day for me. I've watched him train and the kid is an animal. I expect his work rate and speed to be too much in the end

I'm bemused as to why this is being held in Greater Manchester. I feel Frank Maloney may be selling Booth short on this one. He's the champion and getting on in years and he should be the home town fighter with the home support. Yet Maloney wins the bids and takes it to Quiggs back yard where he'll have massive support as the hometown boy.

It puzzles me.

Booth was mess about really really Bad from the time he entred Spain.. From Being picked, hotel, fight night getting messed about with times being told he'l be on nextget warmed up then being told stop someone going on a couple of occations, will def be on before 11 as EBU state but not going on till early hours of the morning.. Heard Booth was beat even before entring the Ring that night.

Cracking fight! I see Booth giving Quigg a great lesson, early outboxing him with his in and out style, throwing in combinations. Though after a few rounds quigg's workrate could become a massive factor as he begins to get comfortable he'll open up more making Booth fight at an uncomfortable pace, eventually wearing him down. I don't see a stoppage but a close but clear decision going the way of Quigg

Booth is one of my favourite domestic fighters, but it was a hard night out in Spain, and I expect Quigg to really come on strong under Joe's tutelage, some of what I've seen from him has been really good in preparation for this fight.

Good fight. Booth, great technical boxer at British level fighting out of his weight division, with a history of not having a great lifestyle against a young unbeaten upstart that has got it all to prove.

just think my old mate s time is up now but you never know like he could surprise the young man but i think it s the younger man s night but good luck too the both

I think you could be right the old work horse is coming to the end but you can never say never in boxing he has the experience on his side he knows how to get through rounds

Booth is over the hill but he can still be tricky for Quigg.

Body shots will stop Booth IMO. Quigg is a powerful lad.

Me! Jason was always called 2smooth and later when his brother turned pro he called himself onesmooth, i suppose as a play on words.

What's your thoughts now on this one after seeing the weighing scoot looked big at the weight and by tonight he will be bigger can't wait for this one

Quigg for me , he'll be too busy. I just hope Jason comes through ok, he can be to brave sometimes

I think this fight will be very cagey with few punches landed and exhanged until the latter stages. I don't know what to make of Quigg. He's been very carefully managed and has established himself as a big ticket seller. He clearly has talent, he looks versatile and can box on the front or back foot. I question whether Scott has true devil though and whether he'll be prepared to go out and make a statement tonight with Frampton looking on or whether he'll be cautious and just look to secure the win.

Quigg's speed should be the deciding factor but he's largely untested to date. I saw Quigg from ringside against Gavin Reid last year and was surprised by his discipline. He clearly had too much of everything against Reid yet was reluctant to pull the trigger until late on.

Quigg will win, Booth has had his day.
