Marciano suspended from title fights

All of the sanctioning bodies have voted unanimously to suspend Marciano from title fights for 3 weeks for his outlandish behavior and disrespect of the belts. Furthermore, this action has nothing to do with his refusal to pay the ever so slightly overpriced sanctioning fees.

The ruling is final, the punishment just.

Marciano don't need NO STINKIN BADGES, BELTS, KUDOS or ACCOLADES!!! His way...is above the fray....undisputed, and unimpressed and unfettered with such sparkly glittery girly embellishments.
IN HIS OWN WORDS

"I walk into rings, I knock people out."
"I walk into rings, I knock people out."
"I walk into rings, I knock people out."

"BOOM BANG POW!!!!"

By the way.....Rocky proudly announces on this day..... "I MADE BUNNY EARS".

Is it possible that ...the Sim......IS NOT HIS PLANET?????

Buzz you'll need to make a formal apology, as well as pay all delinquent sanctioning fees before being reinstated.

This may seem like a heavy handed approach, but it's for your own good. Tough love is the key.

Apology?

Ah yes.....Of couse....uh hem.....

GBP hearby OFFICIALY apologizes for Crease's terrible managment of Joe Lous.

However, for all Joe Louis fans, we assure you THERE IS HOPE!

We fully intend to (behind the scenes) manage Joe toward future IBF championship status..... IF and only IF, CREASE does absolutely nothing for the next week. If he makes NO MANAGEMENT or TRAINING decisions whatsoever, and he vows to stay relatively motionless....WE PERSONALY GUARANTEE a belt for Joe.

Once again....sorry for the poor management of Joe .....UP to this point.

Sincerely

BUZZ
CEO
GBP

Thank you, we hope our deep sense of regret, remorse and clear intent toward rehabilitation are satifactorily transparent.

Once rapidly reinstated, we will of course act in an "up to snuff" manner in all matters of Sim Business transactions. This would inlcude proper public relations behavior and a clear demonstrated commitment to competitive matchmaking for our fighters.

Actually I think this ruling by the Commish is somewhat lenient. I applaud the commish for the veracity of this act.
But, there needs to be some consistency here... Look at the facts:
Marciano won the IBF Title in Week 16:

Week 16: vs Vitali Klitschko IBF/Lonsdale Title W TKO 4
Week 17: vs JD Chapman W KO 8 (CPU) (Did NOT defend title)
Week 18: vs Mike Tyson IBF/Londsale Title W TKO6
Week 19: vs John L. Sullivan W KO3 (Did NOT defend title AGAIN)
Week 20: vs George Chuvalo (CPU) (Did NOT defend title AGAIN, AGAIN)
Week 21: vs Ezzard Charles (Did NOT defend title AGAIN, AGAIN, AGAIN)

4 times BoxBuzz failed to defend the IBF Title and as such, this should be the amount fo weeks he is banned from title fights.

(Though the mandatory week should count as two - it's only justice).

I agree!

Of course when you take into account NO ELIGIBLE fighters would step up for all but one of those weeks, it sort of makes you want to DOUBLE the punishment!

.....damn.....this means another beating for ol Jimmy. He's not going to like this one bit........

Excuse after excuse after excuse.
Do you never get tired of listening to yourself?

OK I'm actually kinda' sorta' suspectin' a head injury.......please explain to the certification board, just what you will instruct Joe to do IF no eligible top ten fighter is WILLING to step into the ring with him next week?

Or will that be a "different set of circumstances"?

For godsake man, stop shifting the blame from yourself. It was YOUR DUTY to make sure that Rocky Marciano defended the IBF Championship when he had the title.
But you failed time and again (and again, and again)

Other Managers of nobler stock, actively seeked out and got title challengers for their belts... They were honourable, clean & noble. And ti was the right thing to do...

I would highlight the Week 17 Match-Up thread:
http://boxrec.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=142314

Initally Joe Louis had intended to defend his WBO Title against the WBO number one contender, Jack Dempsey... I even highlighted the fact that half of the elligible WBO contenders were tied to the MDT, yet I still found Louis a fight.

The Manager known as: The Owl ALWAYS managhed to find a title defence for Lennox Lewis during his WBC Title reign:
Week 17: vs Tiger Jack Fox
Week 18: vs Vitali Klitchsko
Week 19: vs Tiger Jack Fox
Week 20: vs Peter Jackson

And this guy is a new manager... You just failed to defend the IBF title 4 weeks out of 5...
Hell you even refused a mando week... You are not above the rules, Buzz.
:shame:

OK...yes I see.....just as I feared.....it is indeed a head injury.

However Crease...there is hope!

There are nutrients (some without prescription) available that can "coax" the brain back into greater efficacy.

....and of course.....the "willingness factor" to face a Lummox is probably on the order of 10 on a 1 to 10 scale.

That factor when it comes to the Rock is in and around 0. Not that I blame anyone.

You only said yes, to the challenge when you had nothing to lose, AND/OR when THE ROCK was booked, OR after you were banned for your bad behavior.

Now I see it is an organic problem....and as a result I do hold you less responsible for your actions. Never the less, it is YOUR DUTY...to seek help and improve.

I the meantime I shall continue to do all I can to help Joe Louis succeed.

Joe doesn't need you... Now stop with this unhealthy fascination you have with him... If I were you I would be keeping a close watch on The Rock. I've been eharing rumour that he is considering simsuicide.
