Just clocked these on youtube thought I'd share them, not fight vids but one of Bernard coaching a UFC guy (Hop should defo be a trainer when he's done fighting), and a great one of James Toney sparring for Holyfield. If there's one dude I wish I could fight like it'd be Toney, right in the pocket, rolling, ducking, and still landing heavy shots when he wants to.

Toney is such a tool

I think that sparring session was pretty equal, Toney was getting clocked just as much as the other guy. The fact that Toney talks punchy is testament to the fact that the guy has been hit too much in his career and has carried on way too long !!

Only Toney could finish that session and think he kicked his ass because he had some light swelling on his face........

I love sparring with pudendum like boxers/people who have THIS view about boxing.

Toney is a great fighter who could slip, ride shots, roll countering with short explosive punches and had great skills, he talks punchy due to sparring mostly through training camps, boxing a wide range of fighters at top level and weights all his career and not willing to retire!!

Also Hopkins has been in the ring magazine up until recently with a chapter about boxing skills which was only a few pages but very interesting read!!!
