Simple question: who wins a bout between Michael Kirby and Lucas Browne? I can't decide, so I'd appreciate input from the posters of this forum, most of whom are better informed than I am with respect to each of these fighter's strengths and weaknesses.

Hey Michael, as an outsider looking in can you describe the force that some of the heavyweights can achieve when they land flush? Do you see the big ones coming. And who is the biggest hitter. Have you ever hit someone and thought straight away goodnight!

To tell you the truth,the ones that knock you out don't hurt at all,its the broken noses,broken jaws,broken ribs,broken hands etc that hurt the most,cos you gotta fight through them.The biggest hitter by far was Royce sio,he just has destruction in both hands(4 rounds I was black and blue),eric nosa,alex leapai and ben edwards hit very hard too,kali,briggs,kennedy,haumono had more speed and pinpoint accuracy,putting you to sleep before you could flinch and be ready for the punch.I have delivered ko punches and yes you do know that this ones gonna hurt em!,but still not sure if it will put them to sleep.Grant hope this has helped answer some of your questions.
p.s I am known to be able to take a punch,doesn't mean I enjoy it!!

i aactually thought the Rhino looked a lot better at distance the other night, is this a sign that we might see you doing this a lot more?

michael, congratulation on your win,i know you can take a punch, but if you straightened that left you would take a lot less, all the best

I think Kirby would win this fight because his been in there with the who's who of the Australian heavy weights & Browne hasn't.

Kirby will smother Browne,s power so its hard to pick a winner, except for the boxing fans. Aussies fighting Aussies now thats a winner.

Good to see the 2 big boys keen to go at it!

I think Mick does the job on Browne, hes faced the better quality of opponent in the pro ranks and has the sort of smothering style that will frustrate Browne, If you stand back and let Browne dictate terms he'll pick you off and find a home for his right hand Kirby will simply not allow this with his walk forward pressure style game! I think it'll be a good old fashioned heavyweight war!
