None whatsoever, and I don't think even Mormeck believes he has a chance either

Better question: Anyone think Mormeck has a chance........at seeing round eight?

I don't. Be kind of shocked if it's not a Wlad blowout in four rounds. Then again he is Mr. Cautious these days.

Mormeck won't last 4 rounds.

He is the highest ranked person available for that date.

He's ranked #15 in the world, so apart from his brother, that leaves 12 fighters.

He's already beaten Haye, Thompson and Chambers, so that's 9.

Fury has been offered the fight, but doesn't want it.

Povetkin is fighting Rahman.

Adamek and Solis recently lost to Vitali.

Arreola and Franklin Lawrence and Kubrat Pulev have fights scheduled.

That only leaves two other fighters Dimitrenko and Helenius and I don't think either of them would take a December fight. But that's just my opinion.

Who else is there? Peter, Holyfield, Toney, Chisora?

On the other hand, Haye has said that Mormeck has done nothing to get a fight with Wlad. Ironically Haye did nothing when he got in with Wlad...some would also say he did nothing to get a fight with Wlad either...

Still think, stylistically, Arreola is the only one out there to give Wlad serious problems.

toney is a far more legit opponent than mormeck.

this is embarrassing for wlad.

Toney's going back down to CW, apparently.

Anyway, Toney wouldn't last long against Wlad either.

Don't talk rubbish man. Toney has had one fight in 2 years, weighed 257 lbs and beat Damon Reed.

In the last two years Mormeck has beaten Timur Ibragimov, Fres Oquendo and Vinny Maddalone. All three are better than Damon Reed.

There is more chance of Elvis riding into the ring on a unicorn with a cure for baldness in his hand - than Mormeck winning.

This should be a non-title ten rounder, second or third on the bill in some small town in Bavaria - at best.

I'm starting to wonder if the Klitschko's have moved down to cruiserweight :o

Between them, there last few opponents have been Haye, Adamek and now Mormeck !!

Get ready for Sergio Martinez vs Nonito Donaire................coming soon :box:

Fuking joke

His only hope is to use his lack of height to duck and roll (ala Frazier) and try to get under Vlads jab.

But lets be honest he probably going to be as defensively inept as Adamek.

And even if his defensives where difficult for Vlad to prize open (which they wont be) Mormeck has no real offensive capabilities, he was a strong cruiser now hes a small heavy with a small punches and suspect stamina.

The best we can hope for in this fight is that Mormeck uses a bit of cunning and takes Wlad a few rounds.

He's ranked 9th by the WBO, 10th by IBF and 10th by the IBO, but even if he wasn't the greedy beggers would sanction it anyway.

I enjoy wacthing Wlad fight, so I'm looking forward to it. I'd rather watch Povektin fight Areolla, but hey, what can you do.

I enjoy watching Wlad fight - but this won't be a fight, it's not competative on any level, this sums up the term mis-match. It certainly shouldn't be a world heavyweight title fight.

Mormeck stands no chance at all. I know he had Haye in a bit of trouble, but them get knock out and since then not really done much. I think there are much better fights available. Dont expect this to go past 4.
