He even did the DLH fake thumping the canvas.

An x-ray witnessed by GSP will clear this up.

You are clearly a casual fan who dislikes Hopkins as a person or his style. Hopkins would have found a way to beat Chad "10 fans" Dawson.

Watch the fight Anal Yst. And you will see that the ref said to him you cant fight woth 1 arm. B-hop thought he was getting a 'no contest'. When asked by Max Kellermann if he would carry on if he knew he would have lost by TKO he said 'yes'!

Sometimes past actions can tell you a lot about a person. Not always...... RJJ - Calzaghe fights being just 2.

Coming on a boxing fourm and telling people you know nothing about that they have no experience of 'life' means you are indeed a Boxing Analyst..

Hopkins did not quit! that is the bottom line you fool. You are judging somebody on past experiences, you think Hopkins wasn't injured and that he "faked" it. Who are you to make that call, anybody with common sense and that has either witnessed somebody dislocate there shoulder or have experienced it themselve like i have knows visablly you could see the pop in Bernard's shoulder. Even Max Kellermann spotted it.

And did i say you have no exerience of "life"? I said you have no KNOWLEDGE of like itself because you ASSUME Hopkins is faking it because he has done it in the past That is not how life is you tool.

It was hardly a Carl Thompson/Danny Williams tyoe shoulder injury.

Show me an X-Ray or he was faking! The moment he went down I knew he was not getting up.

Looked to me like he was trying to nick an easy win there - he looked in real agony, until he realised it'd backfired and he'd lost - then he was storming round the ring complaining as ever.

We've seen it before from Hopkins - likes to make a meal of it wherever possible, went over and "twisted" his ankle a few years back, in defence of his "title" - and got an easy pay day there too.

Glad to see the back of him to be honest - Just look at the way he dumped his long time mentor Bouie Fisher - been with him since day one, then as soon as Hopkins starts to earn big money, he underpays him, then dumps him. No class.

Hopkins is shameless when it comes to trying it on. Serves him right for acting in the past. I knew he would stay down. He wanted sympathy but it surely backfired! Am I the only one who did not see anything wrong with his shoulder? Sorry, B-HOP s now B-IATCH and he should have to beat a ranked contender to get another shot.

how can people even think that he faked an injury it was clearly a throw and he clearly had an injured shoulder, and if im not mistaken it was on several boxing websites later on in the morning that he had been released from hospital and i quote the following "after being x-rayed and examined by Dr. Sam Thurber, MD who diagnosed Hopkins with a separation of the acromioclavicular (A-C) joint which connects the collar bone and shoulder blade." so how people can say he was faking is really beyond me. this doctor clearly states that he had a bona fide injury it should have been a no contest and dawson shouldnt have been awarded the fight or the belt for that matter.

Did you see Kellerman ask him to show him his shoulder so he could compare the two and then announce:

"Yep, it's raised"

Hopkins is no quitter, but the whole thing was a total mess. Dawson was ranting and calling him an effing p*ssy and Hopkins played the wounded soldier act.

Ref should have started a count. He gave no count so how can it possibly be a TKO? Farcical.

I've gone back and forth on this, I don't think we can know for sure but Hopkins is the boy who called wolf too many times, his word is worthless. Then I read he only signed the contract to fight Dawson in order to secure a Pascal rematch, someone he had ducked prior to this. Hopkins knows styles and knows who he can and can't beat, so was looking for the first opportunity to pull out his fake injury - he's faked injury against Calzaghe, Jones Jr, he's cheated and fought dirty throughout his career. He hasn't released X-Rays/MRIs, he's got a doctors word, which proves nothing as that can be bought.

And guess what he's appealing not just for an ND but for a DQ win I was a big fan but I'm sick of Hopkins dirty tricks. This is a terrible injury if he's telling the truth and if Hopkins isn't out for a long time, it will confirm he cheated
