Mitchell was being decent to Rios until today, what kicked it all off?

think he was a bit bored, gave the mexican and his missus nancy a bit of friendly banter. that had a right bite up

Well that and the annoying @'s and #'s, cluttered mess!!

Mitchell spends most of the day on Twitter trying to get a rise out of people. He comes out with some funny stuff.

Jane Couch got involved aswell. Evenings entertainment

Mitchells been class on Twitter - he's in that honeymoon period where he's properly addicted, never off it at the moment buzzing off the instant interaction with people, comes across like a genuinely likeable funny lad with buckets of enthusiasm.

Got to give Bomber a lot of respect for getting straight out there and facing a few detractors the day after a devastating defeat too unlike a few other fighters who have disappeared after a defeat for a while - he fronted everyone well and took the bad with the good.

What rubbish! Mitchell should be taking care not to get into more trouble and training right he did well to stop Murray and was in trouble himself against a domestic level fighter. The trash talk makes him look daft. Rios is miles above both in terms of talent and level of competiton.

As for Malignaggi, I heard he's now struggling to make Welter, so its pointless Kevin even entertaining him.

Kev's definitely the most entertaining fighter on Twitter, goes out of his way to have a laugh

I think mitchell is making a bit of a bellend out of himself - he was saying to paulie malignaggi that he needs his payday. Paulie just made him look like a tool by saying how much he usually gets paid.

Plus the guy needs to be focusing on guys his own wieght instead of calling out a welterweight.
