A good workout for Billy Joe Saunders, who with the exception of his mouth gaping open, impressed overall against Gary Boulden. I was also particularly impressed by Bradley Skeete, who looked good in picking apart Jay Morris. Thoughts on how far either of these two might go?

Not Robert Williams, He had stinker and I don't know what fight he was watching Carmen v.s Bowen terrible scoring. He's had a few shockers as a ref.

Going to be following Frankie Buglioni with interest, he certainly began his pro career with a bang.

I like Saunders a lot and think he's probably the best of all the much-touted Olympic prospects. Like the referee, i had it 99-92 and think that Billy Joe should go for the English next, which is being contested by Nick Blackwell and Martin Concepcion before Christmas. Nice progression.

As for Williams, he had an absolute shocker. Bowen isn't a world-beater [or even a future domestic-level operator] but is a hard-working area-level kid who comes to have a go and won that six-rounder by about three sessions; i only gave Carmen the fourth and a share of the fifth. And it's those kind of decisions that see lads drop out of the game. Errol looked as if he wanted to flatten Williams and who could have blamed him.

Skeete impressed me a lot

Seen Skeete a few times live now, I like the look of him.

Skeete best on poor undercard. Chisora v marry would have made it better .

I thought that Billy Joe Saunders looked excellent!

Frankie Buglioni was a top amateur and has sparred George Groves quite often. He is, going to be a very good fighter.

Saunders is a tad overrated, though has talent. Can't see him making any waves much beyond British level. Nice guy though, so hopefully he has enough about him to show more, in the future.

Buglioni looked decent, measured and, as mentioned, has a very solid amateur background behind him. But you have to put the win in perspective. Yes, Montieth had never been stopped before, but he was winless and hadn't taken many rounds in those defeats either. He looked as though he fancied the job last night [caught the first-timer with a few solid shots], mind you, and showed more ambition than he had in his previous eight, which became his undoing.

To counter that, though, Buglioni used his feet very well in the finishing salvo to find the space to land the accurate shots. Time will tell how far he can go, however.

Frank Buglioni certainly impressed me. By the way, he prefers to be called Frank rather than Frankie.

I spoke to his father Ralph after the fight and spoke to Frank today. I shall be typing an article on him at some point this week. Good exciting prospect with a solid amateur background and huge support. He has sparred with Groves, Degale and Froch.

Skeete and Buglioni both impressed. The rest of the supports weren't worthy of a Wembley bill.

Ha ha, the tool that is Mark Burdis pronounciation impressed me.

I liked the look of Buglioni, early days I know and Sabies proffessional record is awful. But Sabie fought everyone in the amateurs and never see him in any real bother. I was really suprised to see him go over.
