Be hard to match him, be like when Audley turned pro fighters wanting big money to fight him. Will he be headling bills too as there not many others than Fury who can. Also will Hennessy promote him in his home town?

Big signing. I know its more about his name, but from what I hear he has something and maybe could go a long way.

Will be nice to have more Channel 5 shows without just Fury showing live.

I like Mick Hennessy but boy does he spout some nonsense at times! That said, I guess he has to hype EubankJnr. Let's hope he fights as often as Fury has to give him a good education. Some very big names in the division.

Great coup for Hennessy Sports, so long as they haven't panicked and paid him world champion money from the get-go. Eubank Jr. can become a big name on Channel 5 and, lets be honest, starts with a pretty neat head-start in any case. Oh, and he can also fight, which helps massively. I've seen him spar a couple of times now (with good pros) and he's very physically strong and mature for his age. Fights like a seasoned professional already.

He's got the right name, I guess it's a bit cheap and tacky unless he actually achieves anything, but it will be a good story if he does achieve something and I'm sure it will bring in the general viewers which is what boxing needs.

One thing I find odd about boxing compared to other sports.... Plenty of guys who have not been in the sport that long do really well (comparatively) - EG Curtis Woodhouse, Chavez Jnr (and all the other Juniors - Vasquez, Sanchez etc), Anthony Mundine, poss Eubank Junior....

You can't imagine anyone taking up EG football at 19 and being premiership class. I wonder why this is... Is it because fewer people box so one can get further easier, is it because boxing is diffrenet to other sports as it involves more factors than simple skill (Eg heart, toughness), is boxing more basic than other sports, IE is about primitive attributes inherent in most men (EG fighting - most men have been in a fight and are mindful of fighting in a way you wouldn't be about tennis.)

Maybe it's all three. But the reality that Curtis Woodhouse who had no amateur experience can be very competitive with Gavin; a world champ and a guy who has prob boxed since he can walk suggests boxing is different (maybe superior?) to other sports
