Check out www.logsitall.com - really helpful if you're currently using the old pad and pencil
Sweet.... I'm going to have to start using that. Is there an app for it? That'd be ace.Deserter wrote:Check out http://www.logsitall.com - really helpful if you're currently using the old pad and pencil
Not sure Eddie to be honest - I know it's linked up to facebook and twitter, but didn't check for an app.EddieShredder wrote:Sweet.... I'm going to have to start using that. Is there an app for it? That sounds awesome mate so thank you for a top, top tip. I'll just have to get an iphone nowEddieShredder wrote:On the diet and nutrition thread you were saying you struggle with your diet etc... get an app called "myfitnesspal" (it's free) and use that to record everything you eat in a day. It's got a huge database of foods/snacks/supplements/exercises etc and takes about 20secs to input after each meal/training session.
It will tell you your calorie count for the day, break that down into %ages of fat/protein/carbs etc for the day, the week, the month etc. It will even use the phone camera to scan barcodes of packaged food and recognise the nutritional breakdown from that!!
I find that because i'm actually putting info in to it etc, and can see all the effects that it's going to have on my diet plan, i'm far less likely to "cheat".
Looks like you might be able to do it online budDeserter wrote:That sounds awesome mate so thank you for a top, top tip.
