After you threw down the gauntlet of fighting your boy 'The Goods' I've officially gone into training as of today.

This mornings weigh-in was 19st 8lbs, my training regime for this weekend is trying to stop out of the pub.

last 5 months i have gone from 17 stone 13 3/4 to 13 stone 9 1/2.

I've done pretty much the same just the other way around

ask the goods his record thats all i have to say lets say you will fancy it even more he tell s the truth but my money on the goods not to 2k though hagler ill have 2hundred like you had on katsidas
