Apologies if this has been done before but I was wondering if anybody could recommend classic fights that have perhaps gone under the radar, at any level that would be available on youtube or via (legal) traders.

We all know about Castillo v Corrales, Ward v Gatti etc but what great fights have you seen that you think deserve more attention? I'm trying to take in fights from various levels and would appreciate some advice. Ta

Hagler v Mugabi
Marquez v Katsidis
Basilio v Demarco
Foreman v Lyle


Those are all pretty well known fights that you should find no probs.

Last time I seen him he wasn't a welterweight, I heard he got seriously messed about and jacked it.


I thought that fight was great, I think that it took a lot out of both guys. Kevin always looked better when he boxed and moved his head but for some reason he seemed to be urged by his corner to fight up close. Hard hard man.

Two fights that were all action and very few people knows about it.

Micky Ward v Emmanuel Augustus doesn't get enough credit because the Gatti fight's overshadow it, but it's still a great fight!
