BILTON ON BENN

Article about Nigel Benn by Derek Bilton of the UK's SportingLife.com:

http://www.sportinglife.com/fanzine/sto ... 82900.html

All seems well until Bilton writes about the aftermath of the Benn/McClellan war:

"McClellan was permanently injured (but typically is to this day defying doctors and fighting still because, well, that is what he does)..."

What the f***? The G-man is permanently disabled and needs round-the-clock care. Is Bilton referring to McClellan's struggles with his disabling injury, and I'm just misunderstanding that he's speaking metaphorically?

Yes he's refering to the G Man's fighting spirit that keeps him alive. Didn't I hear his memory has started to gradualy finaly come back to him? He still stays close with his kids too.
