a bit random but just wondering if anyone can help me, i visited the ingle gym a couple of years ago and there was a sign/poster there that began "boxing may damage your health" and then went on about drink and drugs. really liked it and want to get one printed for my gym in australia, much appreciated!

I'll move this to the British forum as I think you'll have more luck there.

I used to love the old South Yorkshire Traction posters on the buses in the 80s - Bomber Graham: I'd love to meet the people that smash up buses.

Livingstone Cole wrote:The hand-written sign at Glyn Rhode's gym always made me smile.
In the damp, sweat-stained room that passed for a place to get changed it hung by the door.
'Stealing makes your nose bleed.'
It did indeed

The 'nose bleed' sign was only surpassed by the "STOP USING SHOWER CUBICLE AS A TOILET"!!
