It's ok, if you like watching TV on your PC. It depends on your internet connection, to an extent.

I do it when round the missus' and it's fine. As Orb says as long as you have a decent laptop/internet connection it's sound.

You can also get it on your smart phone.

I believe that you can only get it on an iphone, ipad...I tried on my Nokia N8 and no joy.

I watch Sky Sports News occasionally on my laptop at work. It's really good IMO.

However, I often have to put it on low def or it buffers like Mike.

I like it. It's handy when your housemates are watching the fecking X-Factor and I want to watch a bit of boxing. Very good quality aswell once your internet connection is up to it. You can watch loads of old programmes and films through the "Anytime" section aswell, LC. Connect it up to a TV with a HDMI and it's like watching SD TV.

I'm watching the boxing now online as the wife is watching Obscurity Factor. Easy to switch over to Boxrec between rounds to give a comment. Great for downloading programs to watch off line.

You can also do it through your Xbox if you have one. I don't subscribe to Sky but my Mum does and I use her details. Free Sky Sports and movies for me, along with TV on demand.

I tried it through my xbox, worked well...but I thought it wasn't live, just stuff on the player? You need an xbox live gold sub too?

Need a Gold sub but live TV is there, just not all channels and for some reason some shows are excluded from the live TV, Simpsons being one. Not a big loss as it's been shit since the tenth season anyway.
