To be fair it's a great offer, subscribe for 6 months for £60 and get around £80 worth of free tickets. I'd be straight in there if i wasn't on freeview.

Decent marketing, because attendances are down so there's always spare tickets not used.
What happens if 1000 take up the offer ?

I've got that email today too, and am wondering what I can do to take advantage; I have freeview and freesat, and watch all the boxing online. I was gonna sign up to b o x n a t i o n when they launched, but then they announced that the online subscriptions weren't an option at this time, otherwise i would have joined, just to watch it on their website. So anyway I didn't sign up, which puts me in the bracket of people who did the "register by email" thing with their website, but then didn't subscribe at the launch. Presumably this bracket of potential subscribers are now in the crosshairs of b o x n a t i o n - as its a list of people who were interested, but didn't get out their wallets.

Anyway my question to fellow fans is, is there any way to get a sky box or a virgin box, without paying subs to those two companies (ie, just receive their bog standard channel selection rather than paying for channels I will never watch), just so I can subscribe to B O X N A T I O N ? The free ticket offer is enticing....

It does clearly state that only 50 pairs of tickets per show are available, so if you don't get in for your show quick enough, you lose out. Simple enough really.

As a usual suspect it is my duty to point out that by setting the limit of the 25th December, people are being invited to subscribe to allegedly over a period in which they'll be broadcasting little more than Williams v Conquest.

Swings and roundabouts though, free tickets is free tickets and having benefitted from tickets to the Burns v Katsidis show, I have to say it's a good way to boost public perception of the channel and the promoter.

Think they going to need more than this to make it work! Least it will fill the empty seats at fights.

Good little sweetener is that but i still won't be subscribing to it. I'm sure there'll be free tickets available for these shows nearer the time anyway

I know and showcasing these fighters on a ppv channel only available on two formats is only going to increase numbers!

I think I'd pay almost as much for travel as I would for actual tickets to a Warren show...living in the middle on nowhere sucks balls (Not Franks fault I know)
