This is a question the relates more to my rankings, I notice that Sky had him in their top ten - surely he cannot be considered British, he's only had 4 fights up here.

Anybody know if he's basing himself in the UK from now - should I include him? I don't think I should otherwise I'd have to include a host of other fighters (like Ramanov).

He's based in Manchester. Not sure if he's naturalised.

i think if you have a BBBofC license then you are in the British ratings
