Meh, shakes are too expensive. For protein I drink milk and a lot of eggs, plus tonnes of tuna.

Might not be what you want to hear LC, but yes, they do work... if you're wanting to put on lots of size, get your protein from as many different food sources as you can, and then top it up with supplements - something like pro-mass would probably be best. Get your protein from as many different food sources as possible too.

Additionally... if you're trying to put on size, you'll be a lot better doing big compound exercises than specific upper body stuff - stimuate and grow the big muscles in the body, and the rest will follow. Deadlifts, Squats, Bench etc rather than things like curls etc.

don't worry about whey protein. if you aren't eating enough in the first place to put on weight, then you should be eating more solid food

upper body only??

squat and deads

Thats like telling Ali, that he throws a bad jab.

Its hard to maintain proper form when you're lifting heavy ass weight!

Arnie is the greatest.

I agree with everything Eddie has mentioned.

For size, you might want to try a protein which is loaded with carb(weight gainers), they work.

In the gym, dont stick to one routine for a long period of time. Surprise/Shock the muscles.

I agree, but you never sacrifice form.
