Finally got an iphone at Christmas and have already taken Eddie's advice and downloaded myfitnesspal.com, but thought I'd see what else other people would recommend?

Deserter with an Iphone? No way! Old pudendum!

:D

I use an ab workout on there - works a treat. I will get the name when I charge the fornicator later.

Myfitness pal is good, but I don't store every meal in there. But it's cool to check nutrional values and the scanner is immense.

I find myself scanning everything, even that deep pan pizza I had earlier.

1300 calories?

fornicate off.

:shame:

I'd say more of a bummer that he's missing out on something awesome - rather than the apps ;)

Eddie, there's only so many hours in the day! Doing five sessions of MMA a week divided into wrestling, striking/Thai and no-gi BJJ and still trying to fit in some strength and conditioning on top!

Try the Estimas, which I think is free and Mike Russell's. They should get you started.

Eddie, fags run. Men fight. That is all. :geek:
