Hello , could you please answer something for me ?
Does geale pack venues out ? If so what numbers ? Is he a superstar in your country like mundine as been ? I'm just wondering would a uk promotor get him to the uk, you look at Felix sturm he earns millions in Germany so you can't get him out of there , but what about geale ?
Thankyou for your time

Here's a crack at those questions:
Q. Does Geale pack venues out?
A. Yes!
Q. If so what numbers?
A. Mainland Australia: 6-8,000 plus when held in major venues. In Tasmania: around 4,000.
Q. Is he a superstar in your country like mundine as been?
A. Considered a quiet achiever, unlike the braggart Mundine, who is only a superstar in his own head!
Q. I'm just wondering would a uk promotor get him to the uk, you look at Felix sturm he earns millions in Germany so you can't get him out of there , but what about geale?
A. This one for Daniel's management really to answer, but Daniel did go into the lion's den of Germany to win his title!

The only fight on mainland Australia that would've done close to that would've been the Mundine fight. In Hobart is was 4000 or so. His fight vs Karmazin was substantially less.

Interesting questions from the UK after Geale stated there was an offer on the table to fight Sturm in England should he have a succesful defence in March.

McKinnon and that Canadian were as well.
He's a PPV draw here now and this will continue.
No need to go to England, if Mack the Knife, Murray or Barker want a crack, they have to earn it the same way Geale did..... and come here.

Thankyou very much for your reply
The is no chance sturm will fight in the uk , Felix sells 20 k tickets m megastar. The revenue he receives the is no uk promotor could afford his wages and the uk tv ( sky) don't pay a lot, the fight wouldn't be box office so the is no chance of sturm fighting in the uk.
I follow the uk middleweights in detail.
Thankyou again

Geale was on national radio a couple of days ago. He said with confidence that there were two offers on the table. One was against Sturm and it was to fight on neutral ground in the UK. There was no reason to think Geale was bullsh.tting !!

Doesn't Chisora have the Klitschko fight to get through first? Is Vitali retiring or something?

Yeah, sure.

Not if it's Chubby Chisora (the one that turned up against Fury). If he does by some miracle beat Klit and goes on to make a packet I think I'm due my 50 quid ticket price back. He was a disgrace that night.

If Chisora could not beat Fury I cannot see him beating wither Klitschko.

That's why heavyweight boxing is comical. Fury beat Chisora easily, and would beat him every day of the week. Haye would beat the pair of them. Price would beat Chisora. Chisora should fight Mcdermott battle of the fittest. 50-50 fight. But that's not even worthy of a British title fight so how is Chisora fighting for a world title?
