Was a pretty good press conference, Del Boy as funny as usual. I'm just Joe Public and was able to go in, I work in Marylebone and just happened to be walking by when they arrived.

Shame this fight going to be watched by one nan & his dog on allegedly! How has chisora got a shot last month he was not in WBC top 40 !

Chisora has proved himself to be a tough nut thus far, has he even been hurt in a fight? Unfortunately this means a long painful beating for him.

There was no real trash talking from Chisora which was a suprise but he did admit he'll only kiss Ironfist if he has a shave.

All looks too friendly to me.............

It's certainly a contrast to the Haye - Klitschko fight, t-shirts of decapitated people and Wlad's "Magic hand"

Bit of a joke really, Chisora loses to Fury and Helenius and gets a shot

Vitali will end the fight when he wants to, which could be as early as the second round.

Chisora beat the crap out of Helenius. That fight shouldn't be mentioned as a reason why Chisora is undeserving of a title shot.

I wouldn't say he beat the crap out of Helenius, but i agree that Chisora should have got the decision and the win. However, he lost to Tyson Fury before that fight, so on that basis he shouldn't be getting any title shot. Vitali just wants easy paydays and Chisora is just supplying another in the merry circus that is the heavyweight division.

Having lost two of his three last fights, and the one he won being against a bum, of course he's undeserving. However, had the Helenius result gone the other way, which it should have, he would be deserving. It's a fine line, but that fact is, he's undeserving based on the facts.

If those that thought otherwise were obviously wrong then they don't matter. If the rightful winner is the one who gets rewarded then it removes the incentive for dodgy decisions. That's my take on it anyway.

You said 'Whether that was the right decision or not is very much debatable.' If the result was debatable there must be some basis on which Helenius deserved to win, and I was questioning what that basis is. I didn't say anything about who you thought deserved to win.

The 'facts' you refer to are nothing more than an official outcome rendered by incompetent judges. It is also a fact that Chisora outworked Helenius, outlanded Helenius, and so on (check my other post). Basing merit solely on official results legitimates, to some extent, those results arrived at by through incompetence and corruption.
