The BBC reckon it's to announce his retirement though, not his next fight like most were predicting. Manny Stewart seemed sure LL would fight again last I heard.

My flatmate told me this morning that it's all over Sky Sports that Lewis has retired, didn't see anything when I turned the tv on.

We'll know soon one way or another.

Like I said before, Manny Steward's words these days need to be taken with a pinch of salt.

I seem to recall getting a strip torn off me for daring to criticise him, but it does seem that he was once again talking bollocks when he said Lewis would definetly fight on.

You won't need a press pass, they assume that anyone who knows where it is is press. After all, how many people are going to want to attend a press conference.

I've never been asked for one before, just as well, as I don't have one anyway.

I was reading Bunce article about this from the INdependant website last night. I hope Lewis does decide to cal it a day, it's unfair on the other contenders.

Yeah I'm sure you can just stroll right in knockout, I might walk round to it too as it's not too far.
Looks certain he's announcing his retirement, but I'm not sure we've seen the last of him - there's gonna be some mega money offered his way for the next few years.

Scrap what I said!

I just checked the press release, you either need to phone first and get press accreditation or have a proper NUJ press pass.

Try phoning SEM Lion, I'll have a look for their number for you. Wish I could go, but I've got to work that day, and I'm leaving for Leeds early afternoon, just no time.

Here is the number
