...long term "future champion" bets? There are a few guys I'm interested on sticking some dough on just wondered where I should be looking...

Ladbrokes normally have the best markets for that. If you can't find a price on it then you should email one of the big ones and they might give you a price. I once got 33/1 on Prior to play for England a good few years back through an email
